Moments later we pulled up in front of Mitzy’s Ritzy Costume Shop. The front window display looked like a Find Waldo of costumes and accessories. It featured a little bit of everything which combined into a visual overload.

“Goodness! I’m pretty sure we’ll find what we need here!” said Edna.

“Along with Halloween costumes for the next ten years!” laughed Eva.

The bus horn aaa-oooo-gah-ed and a friendly-looking woman dressed in casual jeans and a plain t-shirt opened the front door. She waved enthusiastically. Mitzy, I was sure.

“Howdy!” she called out to us as we departed the bus. “I’m Mitzy. Welcome!”

Olivia led the way over to her cousin and rapidly introduced us. She ran through all ten names, pointed to each person in turn. Mitzy began referring to each of us as ‘honey,’ as I’m sure she didn’t remember all our names.
